We have performed countless receptions and no two have ever been the same. This is because no two couples are ever the same. Whether it is wild, refined, or undefined; you can rest assured MakeUdance Entertainment DJs will help you create a reception as individual as you are.

Planning your reception begins with a free, no obligation consultation. Your DJ will personally take the time to listen and understand your input, concerns, and vision. He will also present creative answers and solutions to help produce a reception that is truly yours.

Listening to your concerns and input

Once you have decided on MakeUDance Entertainment for your reception, you need to ask yourself if you would like a Band and DJ combination, or prefer DJ Services only. Then we will go over the sound and lighting packages. Packages are based on the type of lightshow and sound requirements and extra's you desire. We will discuss topics of energy level, interactivity, and overall presentation. Would you like high energy and fast paced or low key and elegant; traditional and formal or a more free form ambience that takes a life of its own? The choice is yours. It is your day, this time you get to be in charge.

Reception planning that covers every detail

Your DJ will produce a reception planner profile that will go through every detail allowing you to customize the entire reception. He will also start the compilation of a music list that will include songs for special dances, songs you must have and/or songs you do not want us play.

Guaranteed in writing

After everything is explained and your questions are clearly answered, we ask you to sign a written contract listing the terms of our agreement, and make the deposit payment, which will guarantee our services and date in writing.

Final confirmation

One week prior to your reception, your DJ will contact you to confirm and go over your reception planner and music list. From the first guest to the final song, he will make sure your reception is conducted flawlessly to your exact specifications. This confirmation will assure you and your DJ every detail is covered.
